Welcome to Gulfstream Villas. This website is designed to keep Gulfstream Villas Owners Association members informed of the activities of the board and describe improvement and changes to the property. It also provides access to documents important to home owners.
A Brief History of Gulfstream Villas
Construction of the 1772 Gulfstream Ave. town homes were completed in 1978 and by 1980 the 1771 side was finished. The Gulfstream Villas Owners Association was incorporated on August 2, 1978.
There are nine buildings for a total of 36 units. There is also a pool and pool house with bathrooms and an outside shower. Most of the units are 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, but some of the end units have 2 bedrooms plus an upstairs den. The living area ranges from 1,241 SF to 1,394 SF.
Gulfstream Villas is located approximately three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean in the city of Fort Pierce, FL. on Hutchinson Island which is known locally as South Beach.
